Carol is a Partner with IBM Global Business Services. She is the Cognitive & Analytics leader for the Communications Sector in North America, which includes clients in Telecom, Media & Entertainment and Energy & Utilities
She leads a team of go-to-market partners and delivery practitioners in the area of AI / Cognitive, Advanced Analytics & Data Science, Big Data, Data Strategy & Governance, IOT, Smart-metering and other industry-specific solutions.
As a “Cognitive Evangelist”, Carol is frequently called on to speak at industry events focused on the use of AI and analytics in various industries. Carol is also a senior business consultant experienced in the Digital Front Office domain with over 20 years of implementation in CRM, Customer Analytics, Billing and ERP systems. Prior to joining IBM in 2002 as part of the PwC acquisition, she was a Managing Consultant and Consulting Director for PwC.
