Seth Van Sickel leads operations at Sling TV, LLC, guiding his team to create innovative partnerships, technologies and operations practices for the company. Seth is responsible for managing teams that focus on Sling TV’s customer experience, command center, operational analytics, device partner operations, user acceptance testing (UAT), programming partner operations, payments, risk mitigation, project management office (PMO) and release management.

Prior to transitioning to Sling TV in 2014, Seth served as the National Sales Manager of Special Distribution at DISH. In this role, he oversaw the five authorized distributors supporting the local retailer sales channel across the United States.

Seth joined DISH in 2006 as a Field Sales Representative. In 2009, he became an Area Sales Manager for select markets throughout Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. Seth then served as a National Trainer for DISH from 2011 to 2012, writing and delivering group trainings for DISH Sales Channel Training. Before joining DISH, Seth began his career as an Automotive Advertising Sales Executive for the Sun Times News Group.

Seth graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree; he is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter.
